Fire Prevention starts at home, change the batteries in your smoke and CO detectors twice a year.  You should know two ways out of your house along with a meeting place such as your mail box or your neighbors house.  Fire Prevention is not just for kids in school one week a year it should be a everyday thing to be done.​

Along with your detectors you should clean out your chimneys as well, so you don't end up with a visit from your local fire department.
